Using decorative tricks and a smart approach to space, the owner small house it will feel, though not like in a palace, but certainly - in its territory, equipped with love and attention.

1. Bright colors

White interiors and vibrant details have transformed this 30-square-foot house. m (very little for the house, right?) in a stunning beauty and convenience home. For each room, the owners have chosen their own color, making it dominant, it successfully zones the space and does not litter it with variegation. A bunk bed is still the best way to save space. http: // www. myhome. com / journal / knowledge / 269

2. Unified storage system

House area of 46 square meters. m on the shore is organized so that the interior decoration is replaced by a system of open shelves. The ceiling is completely open, under the roof there are sleeping places, so the room is used not only in breadth, but also up. The texture of the tree from which the house is built remains in sight, only the walls are painted white to visually lighten and expand the usable area.

3. Each centimeter for future use

Due to the fact that there are windows on all sides of the house, there will always be a lot of natural light, which in itself decorates the interior. Therefore, it is worth choosing colors for basic coatings that play in the sun. For example, the same warm tree. Tone furniture leaves the space light and airy, and interior partitions at the same time serve as bookshelves and cabinets. On 50 "squares" of this house are two bedrooms - for children and adults, a living room combined with a kitchen and all the necessary utility rooms.

4. Hunting grounds

Even a modest 23 square meters. m can look luxurious if you keep the style to the end. Rough manly textures, hunting trophies and open fire are complemented by home textiles and an elegant combination of accessories. If you wish, you can not only spend the weekend here, but also live.

5. Camper

The ergonomics of motorhomes are about the same: everything is there, but you won’t especially turn around. And rightly so, it’s stupid to spend too much time in a house intended for travel, if there is the possibility of walks and admiring the scenery. However, it is a pleasure to cook food and recover during a sound, healthy sleep.

6. Log simplicity

No magnificent curtains, only French curtains from modest chintz - in the French house. Perfectly inscribed in the surrounding nature house, however, the inside is very comfortable and pretty. Natural turf roof insulation http: // www. myhome. com / journal / knowledge / 15 makes it warm and will allow you to spend the weekend comfortably and carefreely even on cloudy days.

Christian Hoffmann, along with his father Eric, are creating miniature houses in accordance with the concept of Vastu. This ancient Indian teaching contains the principles of home improvement to attract positive energy into the house and protect it from any kind of negative impact.

Outwardly, this cute little house differs from its fellow tribesmen only by a rooftop brahman. But in fact, its advantage is the use in the construction of only natural materials. Externally, it is decorated with red cedar tiles, and inside, oak floors and wooden pine walls, ceiling and furniture are pleasing to the eye. Due to the large number of windows, the house is filled with natural light.

Hoffmanns make Vastu houses for sale, so they are equipped with only the most necessary. There is a kitchen with a gas stove, sink, built-in refrigerator and kitchen cabinets. The working surface has a chic marble countertop. By the way, the area near the front door is also made of the same marble.

Also in the house there is a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. On the second tier, located above the bathroom and kitchen there is a place for a bedroom. You can climb up the stairs, which, if desired, can be easily removed.

A significant part of the house remains free, so that the future owner could, at his discretion, equip himself a recreation area, put a desktop or additional cabinets.

Cozy house with an area of 18.21 sq.m. with open terrace, USA, Boyce.

Macy Miller dreamed of owning a home, but categorically did not want to pay expensive rent or get into mortgage debts. As a result of much thought, she found a reasonable way out - to build herself a mini-house. To avoid the need to obtain permission to build a house, the girl decided to create it on the basis of a cargo trailer length 7.46 m and 2.44 m wide.

Since one of Macy's main tasks was to create the cheapest possible housing, she tried to use recycled or unnecessary materials to build her tiny home. For example, the siding of her small house is made of boards from old pallets.

Despite the modest size, in a small house there are two whole entrance doors. The main entrance leads to the living room, which is successfully located flat-screen TV with shelves for books, a small coffee table, armchairs for two people and a work desk that also serves as a dining room. There is also a roomy chest of drawers, on top of which there is a wide double bed.

Further down the corridor is the kitchen with all the necessary equipment: gas stove, two-compartment refrigerator, microwave, oven, sink and washing machine. The bathroom is in a separate room. There is a composted toilet, washbasin and shower with an original floor made of natural pebbles. From the kitchenette, the door opens onto the back patio with a cozy outdoor terrace.

Initially, the small house is connected to a standard power grid, but the hostess plans to equip it with its own solar panels. Water enters the home through a regular garden barrier equipped with purification filters. A system of underfloor heating is used to heat the room. An instantaneous water heater is responsible for supplying hot water.

As a result, the construction of the house lasted 18 months and cost Macy only $11 416. It's funny that the most expensive purchase was a compost toilet worth $ 2000.

Now the mistress of unusual housing pays monthly for utilities $ 93 and actively debugs the money saved for building a bigger house with an area of 56 sq.m. Such a change in taste is connected with the fact that during the work on the project of the small house her life changed dramatically - she met her beloved man, gave birth to a beautiful daughter and soon another baby will appear in their friendly family.

The smallest house in the center of Stockholm - 28 m²

A stylish patio is also attached to the house. It is decorated with statues, forged furniture and even lamps with real fire. This is a great place for romantic meetings and friendly gatherings.

Just behind the front door is the living room - the kitchen, which accommodates up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with built-in appliances - refrigerator, induction stove, dishwasher and washing machine with drying function. The bathroom has a heated marble floor and white tiled walls.

On the second floor there is a bedroom decorated in light colors with two large windows on a sloping ceiling.
